Lidstone's Rowley Mild 

Hand crafted by our award winning brewer in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales, Lidstone's Rowley Mild (GBBF Champion Mild of Great Britain 2003) is a truly distinctive beer with chocolate and toffee aromas leading into what, for its strength, is an impressively rich and flavoursome taste; the finish is pleasantly bitter-sweet.

Brewed with the finest floor malted Maris Otter Barley, Malted Oats and Roast Barley, Munich, Chocolate, Crystal and Carapils Malts with leaf hops and Wensleydale Brewery's own yeast strain.

Alc. 3.2% Vol.

Wensleydale Session  Bitter

Wensleydale Session Bitter is an aromatic, straw coloured ale with a fine balance of malt and hops on the tongue.
An ideal hoppy session bitter.

Semer Water

Our summer ale is a refreshing, light, straw coloured beer with hints of caramel and citrus combined with a perfect balance of malt and hops.

The lake conceals a legendry sunken village - a hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village thus: "Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this li'le house, that gave me meat and drink."

Black Dub Stout
Oat Stout

There is a dark deep pool (or dub) in the river Cover to the rear of Middleham Castle,  after which our stout is named. It is a black beer - smooth and well structured, brimming with roasted chocolate taste and aroma.

India Pale Ale
 

Ironically, an ale often drunk by hardy gamekeepers! A smooth easy drinking and refreshing India Pale Ale with both taste and and aroma bearing citrus undertones and a dryish aftertaste.
